As COO, Sheryl develops and implements a broad range of business strategies at Humanity Financial.
Before joining us, Sheryl spent more than 25 years in leadership roles at Vancity: one of Canada’s most successful and socially innovative credit unions. She directed its diversity, equity, and inclusion program; led changes associated with a major technological transformation; and organized its human resource response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Sheryl also took a two-year secondment to become the Chief Operating Officer at Reconciliation Canada.
