As outsourced (part-time or full-time) finance professionals, we provide accounting services including controllership and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) related advisory and consulting services.

Our services are offered virtually. In other words, we work remotely and not from a client’s office, although we love meeting up in person when possible.

If needed, we are able to assemble a team from our Humanity pool of over 30 talented accountants, to assist clients with larger projects, meeting deadlines, or assisting with major catch-up work.

As a CPA firm that doesn’t do audits or year-end tax returns, we are somewhat unique! We partner with some of the best auditors in the country: at year-end, we provide them with a clean set of books and working papers.

Social purpose is at the heart of your mission, as a charitable organization, Non- Profit Organization (NPO), First Nation, or Indigenous community
Based in Canada
Annual budget of at least $2M
Keen to invest in strong financial infrastructure, desire to enable mission achievement; with the budget to do so
Comfort with a remote working relationship with our team
An openness to engaging with us in some initial discovery work, which provides a baseline of your current situation,
Willingness to engage in co-creating solutions with us
