Pamela Oliva

She / Her

VP, Client Services

Pamela collaborates with boards and executives to align financial management strategy with mission and vision, and advance sustainable long-term performance.
Pamela brings numbers to life through dialogue, co-creating a shared understanding of what financial strategy means to client organizations and their stakeholders, what direction it could take, and what impact could be achieved as a result.
She has more than two decades of experience working with Indigenous and non-profit organizations in Canada and Australia, in both a CFO and Board Director capacity.
All of Pamela’s work is underpinned by a deep respect for the collective need for decolonization and equity.

I work with clients to develop a culturally meaningful language for financial information. We have conversations about what financial well-being looks like for their organization, drawing out and envisioning strategies throughout the process.
