Caroline’s career journey is a dynamic blend of global experience and deep financial acumen. Growing up in Hong Kong, she launched her professional path with studies in the USA before joining EY Canada in Vancouver. Earning her accounting designation, Caroline shifted gears to a Controller role at an investment firm, later transitioning to Assante Wealth Management, where she honed her skills and gained confidence in her decision-making abilities.

After a fulfilling break to raise her two children, Caroline returned to the workforce as a part-time consultant for a West Vancouver financial planning firm. She later thrived as a Senior Accountant and then Accounting Manager at Clio, a leading legal SaaS company. Her most recent VP roles with PageFreezer and Lucent Bio broadened her horizon in leading a start up high growth company including securing few significant government grants as well as building a smart fertilizer plant in Saskatchewan. Her expertise extended into risk management, team leadership and financial dashboards, further solidifying her knack for tackling complex challenges.

Excited about her role at HFM because the company’s values resonate deeply with her own, Caroline is committed to helping others achieve financial freedom. She is eager to contribute her extensive experience to make a tangible impact, aligning with HFM’s mission to deliver top-notch service to all.

Caroline’s hands-on approach extends beyond the office. She enjoys running, cooking, and exploring a wide range of podcasts, from political commentary to true crime. As a voice for self-advocacy and clear communication, she’s passionate about helping others find their path and succeed. Her commitment to adding value is evident from her time spent as a dedicated parent and volunteer.
