People and Culture Leader

Bernice is dedicated to creating an inclusive and exceptional employee experience. She does this by ensuring that a lens of equity and inclusion are part of everything she does across the spectrum of People and Culture.

Bernice is dedicated to driving positive change in business.
With a background in science and marketing, she transitioned into the People and Culture space almost 10 years ago, partnering with companies and individuals who strive to create a better world. She has been working for more than 30 years and has a pretty solid grasp of what makes a great employer and employee experience.
Bernice was born and raised in the vibrant city of Vancouver, BC. She is the youngest of three children of immigrant parents from Hong Kong. She’s now the mother of two human children and one canine child (Mochi, a Jindo-mix village dog from Korea, if you must know). Her favourite Christmas movie is Die Hard.
